Consequences of making the tax declaration out of time I

As we mentioned at the beginning of this article, it is important to know the consequences of making you tax declaration out of time. Before anything else, it is good to make a difference between those declarations that, even having been made out of time, they have been made before receiving a request from the Tax Agency (that is, declarations out of time without prior request) and those declarations that have been made out of time but with a previous request from the Tax Agency.

It is essential to know the difference, as the consequences between them are really different.

This information should be assessed by the person who pays taxes, so that he/she can know what he/she is facing and what consequences will be the unfulfillment of tax obligations.
